When would you be able to start my project?

The timeline to start any project is going to be based on 2 variables:
 
1. The size of the project
2. How busy we currently are
 
The bigger projects (such as additions or whole-house renovations) will take longer to start whereas the smaller projects (such as windows, bathrooms, or kitchens) we can begin sooner.

How long do you think my project would take?

Timeline is heavily based on the size and scope of the project. We can't give specifics because each project is drastically different but our project time usually spans somewhere between 4 weeks (for a simple bathroom or kitchen remodel) to as much as 5 months (for a whole house remodel).

Can the cost change based on any variables that come up?

Accepted Answer

We are very good at anticipating what's involved in the project. We will never bait-and switch you. The Price won't change unless you, as a client, make real changes to the project OR there are truly unforseen problems at we encounter and know about until we demo.

Question 4

Are you going to be working on the project yourself?

Accepted Answer

With any Capano Construction project, I am the foreman and main point-of-contact. There are certain parts of the job that I need to subcontract to a licensed professional in their area (i.e. plumbers, electricians, etc.) but I will always be the one-and-only point-of-contact for you.

Question 5

Do you secure all necessary permits for my project?

Accepted Answer

Capano Construction will secure all necesarry building permits for the work to be performed. Any other documentation like design plans or zoning variances will be obtained by the client.

Do you have insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we carry 100% liability and workman's compensation insurance for all employees.

Question 7

During the project, what time of day do you start, and what time do you end? "

Accepted Answer

Generally we begin at 7:30am and end at 4:00pm

Question 8

Do you work weekends?

Accepted Answer

We generally don't work weekends, but certain situations can arise (Weather related, deadline related, etc.) where our team will come in on a Saturday at 7:30am to 4:00pm.
